摘要：采用薄层层析法 ,选择两组展开剂 (醋酸乙酯 -石油醚和丙酮 -异丙醇 -氨水 )对合成 2 -巯基 - 6-羟基 - 4,5 -二氨基嘧啶的 3步反应进行监测 。
A convenient method was employed to monitor every synthesis process of 4,5 diamino 6 hydroxy 2 mercaptopyrimidine by selecting two systems of component solvent (ethyl acetate petroleum and acetone isopropane ammonia) as developing reagent of TLC, respectively.
