摘要:NOVELTY - The present invention discloses the process of solid phase grafting maleic anhydride onto polypropylene in supercritical CO2 environment. The grafting process includes the following steps: setting polypropylene, maleic anhydride and initiator in supercritical CO2 to swell and penetrate polypropylene; and subsequent reaction in supercritical CO2 for 1-5 hr to obtain the grafted product. The grafted product has grafting rate up to 0.5 %, reaching the grafting level of melting grafting, and no serious molecular weight degradation. ADVANTAGE - The process of the present invention is simple and has no solvent recovering, no environmental pollution, homogeneous grafting and less degradation of the grafted product.
