摘要:通过失重法研究了钨酸钠与聚天冬氨酸 (PASP)对碳钢的协同缓蚀效应。实验发现 :钨酸钠与PASP对自来水中的碳钢有协同缓蚀作用 ,加入锌离子可将复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率提高到 97 68%。碳钢的极化曲线研究发现钨酸钠 PASP和钨酸钠 PASP Zn2 + 复配缓蚀剂均以抑制阳极反应为主 ,碳钢表面的荧光分析表明 ,介质中投加锌离子会使PASP在碳钢表面的吸附量减少。碳钢表面膜的红外光谱表明 ,聚天冬氨酸中的羧基电离后 ,与碳钢表面的金属离子生成离子键。
Synergistic inhibition effect of tungstate and poly aspartate (PASP) on corrosion of carbon steel was studied with weight loss method It was found that there was a synergistic effect between tungstate and PASP The inhibition efficiency could be raised to 97 68% by adding Zn 2+ ions to the formulation The potentiodynamic polarization studies showed that both the tungastate PASP and the tungstate PASP Zn 2+ controlled the anodic reaction predominantly UV visible reflectance spectra and luminescence spectra gave the indication that the amount of PASP on the surface of carbon steel decreased when there were Zn 2+ ions in the solution The IR spectra indicated that the functional group COO - in PASP linked to the surface of carbon steel
