摘要:The solubility of rifampicin form II in 1-butanol-acetone and water-acetone mixed solvents was measured at 288.15~323.15 K via equilibrium methods. The experimental results show that the solubility of rifampicin form II in the two mixed solvents increases with the increase of temperature. In a mixed solvent of 1-butanol and acetone, the solubility first increased and then decreased with the increase of the molar fraction of 1-butanol, and the maximum value appeared near mole ratio of 0.350. In the water-acetone system, the solubility increased as the molar fraction of water increased. The experimental solubility data were correlated with modified Apelblat equation, ideal equation and (CNIBS)/Redlich-Kister equation. Apelblat equation provides better fitting results than the ideal state equation. The average relative deviation was less than 5%. The solubility enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs free energy of the two systems were calculated by the modified van't Hoff equation. Solubility data and correlation models obtained provide basic data for research and industrial production of rifampicin. ? 2020, Editorial Board of "Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities".
