摘要：中国共产党成立百年来的发展历程,是探索中国特色社会治理范式嬗变经验的重要路径。剖析建党百年来中国特色社会治理的探索经验,梳理建党百年来社会治理的历史脉络发现,中国共产党领导下的社会治理经历了革命战争时期的治理、新中国成立后单位制时期的社会管控、改革开放后的社会管理以及新时期的多元化社会治理四个历史阶段。同时,我国社会治理实现了从管控到治理、从分散到整合、从动员到协同、从贫困到小康的治理方式、制度体系、社会体制、社会图景的优化与完善。由此,从历史实践中找寻现实张力,中国特色社会治理必须始终坚持中国共产党的领导,坚持马克思主义理论价值,坚持结合实践国情。从历史到现实到未来,建党百年来的社会治理范式嬗变昭示着我们应继续深化社会领域体制改革,完善共建共治共享的社会治理格局,持续推进社会治理现代化。
The history of the development of the Communist Party of China over the past century is an important path to explore the experience of the evolution of social governance paradigm with Chinese characteristics.By analyzing the exploratory experience of social governance with Chinese characteristics in the past 100 years since the founding of the party,and by sorting out the historical context of social governance over the past century,four historical stages of social governance were found under the leadership of the Communist Party of China:governance during the Revolutionary War period,social management and control during the unit system period after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,social governance after reform and opening,and diversified social governance in the new era.Meanwhile,China’s social governance has realized the optimization and improvement of governance methods,institutional systems,social systems,and social landscapes from management and control to governance,from decentralization to integration,from mobilization to coordination,and from poverty to well-off society.Therefore,looking for realistic tension from historical practice,social governance with Chinese characteristics must always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhere to the theoretical values of Marxism,and adhere to the practice of national conditions.From history to reality to the future,the evolution of the social governance paradigm over the past century since the founding of the party shows that we should continue to deepen the reform of the social sphere,improve the social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and continue to promote the modernization of social governance.
