摘要:在实物零件数字化过程中,截面点云是比较常见的一种表现形式。由截面点云拟合截面曲线,进而得到零件曲面在实践中有着广泛的应用。曲面的曲率反映了曲面的几何属性,也是进行质量评估以及产品设计的关键技术之一。通过计算机图形显示技术,对拟合后的曲面进行曲率可视化分析,不仅可以直观地评价曲面的光顺情况,也可显著地提高工作效率,为工作人员提供了一种可视化手段。以叶片为研究对象,实验表明:曲率彩色云图能使用户方便地了解整体及局部的曲率分布信息,便于用户进行计算机辅助设计、改善曲面的设计质量等。
Section point cloud is a common representation form in the process of digitizing part. In practical engineering, curve fitting based on section point cloud and surface fitting based on section curves have wide application. Surface curvature represents geometrical attribute of the surface. Curvature analysis of the surface is one of the key technologies of surface quality evaluation and product design. Curvature visuaiization of the reconstructed surface is displayed by computer graphics. Curvature color map can estimate the fairness of the reconstructed surface and improve the work efficiency; moreover, it can provide a visualization means for users. Blade is taken as example, experimental results show that curvature color map can make users know global curvature information and local curvature information. It is convenient for users to have application in the field of computer aided design and surface quality improvement.
