摘要:NOVELTY - Manufacture of protective film involves performing oil-removing and rust-removing pre-treatment to surface of alloy material or pipe material, putting the alloy material into heat-treating furnace, supplying gas into electrolyte solution using bubbling method, filling the air into heating furnace, heating to 300-600 degrees C with speed of 5-20 degrees C/minute, preserving heat for 2-50 hours after reaching preset temperature, rising furnace temperature to 700-1200 degrees C for high-temperature oxidation with speed of 10-30 degrees C/minute, preserving heat for 1-20 hours, and cooling. USE - Manufacture of protective film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The protective film has excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of protective film involves performing oil-removing and rust-removing pre-treatment to surface of alloy material or pipe material, putting the alloy material into heat-treating furnace, supplying gas into electrolyte solution using bubbling method, controlling the temperature of electrolyte solution by constant-temperature water bath, controlling the air pressure to 1-5 MPa, filling the air into the heating furnace with alloy material or pipe material, heating to 300-600 degrees C with speed of 5-20 degrees C/minute, preserving heat for 2-50 hours after reaching preset temperature, rising furnace temperature to 700-1200 degrees C for high-temperature oxidation with speed of 10-30 degrees C/minute, preserving heat for 1-20 hours after reaching the preset temperature, and cooling to room temperature or less than 150 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for protective film, which has spinel layer made of manganese-chromium oxide (MnxCr3-xO4, where x is 0.5-1.5), self-repairing compensating layer made of chromium oxide, and spreading barrier layer made of silica.
