摘要：本文通过构建迈尔奎斯特生产力经济增长指数,运用二阶段线性规划技术估算反映区域经济前沿的距离方程,分析长江三角洲16个城市的综合实力和重要经济指标,并分析它们因规模效应和科技进步所引起的在水平上存在差异的内在动因,从而为区域内各城市的联动和职能分工提供战略指导。
This paper sets up a Malmquist Productivity Index system of economic growth to study the comprehensive capacities and important economic indicators for the 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta Region. In the progress, it makes use of the Two - Stage Linear Programming techniques to estimate the distance functions in reflection of the regional economic frontier. Further, the paper analyzes them because of the scale effect and technical progress that cause the internality of the differences to move on the different levels. It concludes to provide strategic suggestions with the collaborations, mutual activities, and functional division for each city in the delta region.
