摘要:NOVELTY - Determination of elements in potassium ore by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) internal standard method comprises e.g. weighing, measuring potassium ore powder in platinum crucible, adding melting agent, mixing evenly, into muffle furnace, heating, melting, removing out and cooling to room temperature, washing using deionized water, adding hydrochloric acid solution into 150ml beaker, covering the surface of the dish, heating, washing crucible using deionized water, taking out solution and cooling, transferring into volumetric flask. USE - The method is useful for determination of elements in potassium ore by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) internal standard method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the accuracy and precision of measurement and is suitable for the accurate analysis of multi-elements in potassium ore. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Determination of elements in potassium ore by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) internal standard method comprises (i) weighing, measuring 0.2 g potassium ore powder in 30 ml platinum crucible, adding 1.500 g melting agent, mixing evenly, into muffle furnace, heating at 700-1000 degrees C, melting for 0.5-3 hours, removing out and cooling to room temperature, washing using deionized water, adding 70 ml hydrochloric acid solution into 150ml beaker, covering the surface of the dish, heating, washing crucible using deionized water, taking out solution and cooling, transferring into a 100 ml volumetric flask, adding 2 mg L-1 internal standard, shaking stand-by, determining trace element content, removing solution using 10-100 ml volumetric flask, constant volume, adding 2 mg.l-1 internal standard element, determining the content of major elements and trace element content, (ii) measuring choice of the wavelength of the element using (ICP) quantitative analysis process, selecting 2-4 lines for measurement with comprehensive analysis of strength, interference and stability, selecting the coexistence element spectral line interference, good precision, high analysis of signal to noise ratio, (iii) adding internal standard curve, removing the standard stock solution of the primary elements and diluting, where the concentration of the standard solution is 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 and 50.0 mg l-1, selecting working conditions, using blank, (iv) using solution, carrying out to obtain a standard curve, measuring according to the inductance coupling plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) spectrometer, where the ratio of the intensity of the spectral lines of each element is obtain through the standard with internal standard curve to check the concentration of each element in the solution, calculating the potassium ore, where the ratio of the intensity of the spectral line is the intensity of the element to be measured and ratio of the intensity of the internal standard element is Y.
