摘要:用邻甲苯氧乙酸生产过程中产生的脱酚废水来配制氢氧化钠溶液 ,代替邻甲苯氧乙酸生产中所用的氢氧化钠溶液 ,使脱酚废水消失于生产中 ,实行零排放 ,达到清洁生产的目的。对脱酚废水回用的工艺条件做了研究 ,结果表明在不增加设备的条件下 ,可以实现脱酚废水的回用 。
Sodium hydroxide solution is replaced by sodium hydroxide and dephenolization wastewater in production of ο methylphenoxyacetic acid.The wastewater is reused in production and zero discharge is realized in this process.So cleaning production is practised.The condition is studied about reusing wastewater,which shows that it can be reused without adding any equipment,and does not affect the quality and quantity of the product.
