摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel oxide-supported palladium catalyst involves preparing nickel oxalate solution, cooling, filtering, separating, washing filtrate with deionized water, obtaining solid nickel oxalate, drying, adding resultant product to muffle furnace, heating, performing decomposition reaction, obtaining mesoporous-structured nickel oxide carrier, impregnating resultant product with palladium salt solution, adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring for 2 hours, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and drying. USE - Preparation of nickel oxide-supported palladium catalyst used for oxidation of carbon monoxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nickel oxide-supported palladium catalyst having high catalytic activity, by simple and economical process in short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nickel oxide-supported palladium catalyst involves adding nickel salt to deionized water, stirring, obtaining nickel salt solution, dissolving oxalic acid or oxalate in deionized water, stirring at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, obtaining oxalate solution, adding nickel salt solution under stirring condition, reacting at 80 degrees C for 15 minutes, obtaining nickel oxalate solution, cooling, filtering, separating, washing filtrate with deionized water, obtaining solid nickel oxalate, drying at 60 degrees C for 3 hours, adding resultant product to muffle furnace, heating at 300 degrees C for 2 hours at temperature increasing rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute, performing decomposition reaction, obtaining mesoporous-structured nickel oxide carrier, impregnating resultant product with palladium salt solution, adding 1.28 g/L hydrazine hydrate, stirring for 2 hours, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and drying. The molar ratio of nickel salt and water is 0.1:100. The molar ratio of oxalic acid or oxalate, nickel salt and deionized water is 1:1:200.
