摘要：NOVELTY - An Edwardsiella tarda mutant, is new. In E.tarda mutant, TatABCD protein is not expressed due to inactivation of tatABCD gene. USE - The E.tarda mutant is useful in immunogenic composition for preventing fishes from edwardsiellosis (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) immunogenic composition, comprising the above-mentioned E.tarda mutant, as the immunogenic component; and (2) method for preventing fishes from edwardsiellosis, involves applying the above-mentioned mutant, or the above-mentioned immunogenic composition to fishes.
