摘要:NOVELTY - Manufacture of reinforced wood-fiber high-filled synthetic paper involves dispersing wood fiber in water, adding lauryl glycidyl ether, adding aqueous ammonia to the reaction mixture, adjusting pH to 9-10, stirring, filtering, drying to obtain lauryl glycidyl ether-modified wood fiber, mixing high-density polyethylene and lauryl glycidyl ether-modified wood fiber, adding heavy calcium carbonate, anhydrous calcium chloride, pentaerythritol monostearate and antioxidant 1010, heating, extruding, rolling, cooling using air, and calendering the rolled sheet. USE - Manufacture of reinforced wood-fiber high-filled synthetic paper. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of efficient manufacture of reinforced wood-fiber high-filled synthetic paper with high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of reinforced wood-fiber high-filled synthetic paper involves dispersing wood fiber in water, adding lauryl glycidyl ether, adding 10% aqueous ammonia to the reaction mixture, adjusting pH to 9-10, stirring for 30 minutes, filtering, drying at 105 degrees C to obtain lauryl glycidyl ether-modified wood fiber, mixing 20-25 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene and 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. lauryl glycidyl ether-modified wood fiber in a mixer at 140-150 degrees C, adding 75-80 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. anhydrous calcium chloride, 0.2-1.0 pts. wt. pentaerythritol monostearate and 0.05-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010 to the mixture, heating to 170-190 degrees C, supplying the mixed material to extruder, extruding, supplying the extruded material into a rolling mill, rolling the material at 140-160 degrees C, cooling to 50 degrees C using air, and calendering the rolled sheet in multi-roll stretching machine at 110-130 degrees C. The high-density polyethylene has melt flow index of 0.01-0.5. The heavy calcium carbonate has size of 400-1000 mesh. The drawing ratio of the sheets in the multi-roll stretching machine is 1.2-3.0. The addition amount of wood fiber in water is 1-2 %mass.
