摘要:NOVELTY - Method of removing chlorine ions from waste molasses, involves diluting waste molasses, extracting manganese ore, deoxidizing manganese ore by electrolysis of waste molasses, adding water and sulfur acid, selecting methanol and ethanol as salting-out agent, adding salting-out agent to the obtained solution, adding waste molasses mixed solution into a reaction kettle, heating the kettle, cooling the material under water steam doped with hydrogen chloride by a heat exchanger, and adding the obtained material into a storage tank. USE - The method is useful for removing chlorine ions from waste molasses, which is used for deoxidization of manganese dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The method removes chlorine ion to 90% and is easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of removing chlorine ions from waste molasses, involves diluting waste molasses, extracting manganese ore (300-500 g/l), deoxidizing manganese ore by electrolysis of waste molasses, where the concentration of the waste molasses is 1200-1600 g/l, and chlorine ions is 3-6 g/l, adding water and sulfur acid, selecting methanol and ethanol as salting-out agent, adding salting-out agent (1-5%) to the obtained solution, adding waste molasses mixed solution into a reaction kettle, heating the kettle, controlling the reaction temperature to 60-150 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours and 0.9 Mpa, cooling the material under water steam doped with hydrogen chloride by a heat exchanger, and adding the obtained material into a storage tank, where the removal rate of the chlorine ion is 90%.
