摘要:合成了羟基封端的不饱和聚酯树脂 (HUPR) ,在苯乙烯 (St)和多苯基多次甲基多异氰酸酯 (PAPI)的存在下 ,运用同步缩聚 -加聚复合反应合成出一种高强度的材料。采用 DSC、SEM、固化度测定等技术对材料的结构形态进行了表征 ,并研究了材料的性能。苯乙烯起交联作用 ,其用量多时 ,出现双重玻璃化温度 ,而材料的韧性增强 ;引发剂用量增加 ,材料的玻璃化温度下降 ;
A series of rigid thermoset plastics made from isocyanate, hydroxyl terminate unsaturated polyester resin(HUPR), and styrene with different molar ratio were synthesised by combinative polycondensation and polyaddition reaction(CPP). By using DSC, SEM, and solid containg detection, the structure of these materials was characterised, the results reveal that the morphological structure of these materials is complex, and two T gs will appear if the styrene concentration is very high. The long chain of grafting polystyrene on HUPR, or of homopolystyrene effects the material properties. The strength of these materials is very excellent.
