摘要:NOVELTY - Copper-iron catalyst comprises copper-iron atom with a ratio of 0.1-2.0. USE - The copper-iron catalyst is useful for preparing aminocarboxylate by alcohol amine low-temperature oxidative dehydrogenation. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good low-temperature property, high selectivity and stability, low cost, simple preparation condition and good application prospect, and it produces amino carboxylate with high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst, comprising: (i) co-precipitating copper salt and iron salt mixed solution and alkali solution at 40-90 degrees C with pH value of 7-12; (ii) aging the precipitate at 50-100 degrees C for 2-8 hours, filtering and washing, drying at 60-120 degrees C for 8-24 hours, baking at 300-700 degrees C for 1-10 hours; (iii) reducing the baked solid by program heating method at the speed of 1-20 degrees C/minute, where the final reducing temperature is 150-300 degrees C, hydrogen content in the reducing gas is 20-100%, the other gas is nitrogen gas, and the total flow speed of the reducing gas is 30-70 ml/minute.
