摘要:NOVELTY - An integral catalyst is formed by vacuum coating a coating mixture containing rare-earth oxide-modified active alumina, cerium oxide and palladium, on cordierite honeycomb ceramic carrier surface, such that loading rate of active coating is 15-25 wt.%. The coating material contains (in weight%) alumina (90-97.5), cerium oxide (2-8), palladium (0.5-2) and lanthanum oxide (3-7). USE - Integral catalyst is used for purifying acid tail gas during catalytic combustion (claimed) and high-water-content acrylic acid waste gas. ADVANTAGE - The integral catalyst has high activity and stability, and can be manufactured by simple method in short period of time with reduced consumption of energy without affecting the environment The integral catalyst efficiently removes sulfur dioxide in waste gas with low concentration of organic pollutant.
