摘要:采用模拟试样,在高温、高压、充氢条件下,试验研究了C-0.5Mo钢和有奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层的C- 0.5Mo钢抗高温氢腐蚀性能的.差别。试验结果表明:由于堆焊层可降低C-0.5Mo基材中的扩散氢浓度,使得 有不锈钢堆焊层的C-0.5Mo钢抗氢蚀性能显著高于无堆焊层的C-0.5Mo钢。用以上试验结果,分析一台堆 焊层的C-0.5Mo钢加氢反应器,认为该反应器可在高于Nelson曲线中0.5Mo钢的操作极限条件下继续安全使用。
Test study has been made on the different H2 corrosion-resistance performance of C-0. 5Mo steel and C-0. 5 Mo steel with austenitic stainless steel overlay at high temperatures and high pressure conditions using simulated samples. The test results showed that: as the overlay could reduce the dispersed hydrogen concentration in the C-0. 5Mo base material, it offered higher H2 corrosion resistance than C-0. 5Mo steel alone. Based upon the above test results, a C-0. 5 Mo hydroprocessing reactor with stainless steel overlay was analyzed. It was concluded from the analysis that this reactor could continue to run above the operating limit of C-0. 5Mo steel in Nelson curve.
