摘要:NOVELTY - Rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst comprises 0.1-8 wt.% rare earth oxide, 0.1-25 wt.% fluoride, 0.5-30 wt.% niobium pentoxide and 20-95 wt.% aluminum oxide. The fluoride is aqueous solution of sodium fluoride, hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride. The niobium pentoxide is niobium oxalate, niobium acetate, niobium-ammonium complex or niobium fluoride salt solution. The rare earth oxide is water-soluble salt of rare earth element chosen from samarium, lanthanum or cerium. USE - Rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst is used for preparing isobutene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst has high methyl tert-butyl ether cracking conversion rate, and selectivity of isobutene and methanol. The isobutene is prepared using the solid acid catalyst with reduced energy consumption, and without using inert substance and water vapor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst comprises 0.1-8 wt.% rare earth oxide (ZxOy, where x and y are not defined), 0.1-25 wt.% fluoride, 0.5-30 wt.% niobium pentoxide and 20-95 wt.% aluminum oxide. The aluminum oxide is hydrated aluminum oxide, gamma -aluminum oxide, eta -aluminum oxide or theta aluminum oxide. The fluoride is aqueous solution of sodium fluoride, hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride. The niobium pentoxide is niobium oxalate, niobium acetate, niobium-ammonium complex or niobium fluoride salt solution. The rare earth oxide (ZxOy) is water-soluble salt of rare earth element chosen from samarium, lanthanum or cerium. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst, which involves immersing aluminum oxide in aqueous ammonia solution for 4 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake until pH reaches 7.5-11, drying washed filter cake at 80-200 degrees C for 1-4 hours, immersing the dried filter cake in niobium-containing salt solution for 1-8 hours, filtering, drying the filter cake at 80-200 degrees C for 1-4 hours, calcining the filter cake at 200-850 degrees C for 2-8 hours, immersing obtained niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide material in aqueous solution of fluoride for 1-8 hours, filtering, drying the filter cake at 80-200 degrees C for 1-8 hours, calcining the filter cake at 200-850 degrees C for 2-8 hours, immersing obtained fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide material in aqueous solution of rare earth salt for 1-8 hours, filtering, drying the filter cake at 80-200 degrees C for 1-8 hours, and calcining the filter cake at 200-850 degrees C for 2-8 hours; and (2) application of rare earth oxide/fluoride/niobium pentoxide/aluminum oxide solid acid catalyst for preparing isobutene, which involves carrying out cracking methyl tert-butyl ether using catalyst at 100-300 degrees C, preferably 150-200 degrees C with pressure of 0.1-2 MPa, preferably 0.1-1 MPa and liquid hourly space velocity of 0.1-15/hour, preferably 1-10/hour.
