摘要:NOVELTY - Purifying plant polysaccharide using a microwave auxiliary extracting and integrating flocculation technology, comprises selecting and pre-treating a plant using industrial alcohol, and milling and sieving the plant to obtain powder, placing water and powder into microwave extracting device, performing a microwave radiating process to the solution, extracting the solution, cooling the solution, decompressing and filtering the polysaccharide extracting solution, concentrating, flocculating, purifying, centrifuging and filtering the extracted solution. USE - The method is useful for purifying plant polysaccharide using a microwave auxiliary extracting and integrating flocculation technology (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of purifying polysaccharide solution with high efficiency, reduced energy consumption, high impurity removing rate and good product quality in a rapid and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Purifying plant polysaccharide using a microwave auxiliary extracting and integrating flocculation technology, comprises: (a) selecting a plant, pre-treating the plant using industrial alcohol, and milling and sieving the plant to obtain powder; (b) placing water and the obtained powder into a microwave extracting device to obtain solution, performing a microwave radiating process to the solution for 3 times, extracting the processed solution for 2-3 minutes, cooling the solution for a period of time using air, again cooling the solution under a cold water bath, and decompressing and filtering the polysaccharide extracting solution; and (c) concentrating the extracting solution, flocculating the concentrated solution using a flocculating agent, and purifying, centrifuging and filtering the flocculated solution.
