摘要：NOVELTY - A pteridinone derivative (I), is new. USE - New pteridinone derivative is used in pharmaceutical composition and manufacture of medicine for preventing and inhibiting EGFR mediated diseases such as cancer. The cancer is non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, prostate cancer, glioblastoma, ovarian cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, kidney cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, skin cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, gastric cancer, multiple myeloma and solid tumors (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A pteridinone derivative of formula (I), or its salt is new. R1=H, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl or 1-10C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, aryl, phenyl, heterocyclyl or aryl heterocyclyl (all optionally substituted); A=divalent group -(CR'aR'b)n-A'- or absent; R'a,R'b=H, 1-3C alkyl or halo; n=0-3; A'=phenyl, 5-6 membered heterocyclyl or 3-8C cycloalkyl; R2=H, nitro, amino, halo, 1-6C alkoxy or 1-4C alkyl (optionally substituted by halo) or acylamino or acyl (both optionally substituted); m=0-3; R7=NH2, heterocyclyl, aryl heterocyclyl or 1-10C alkyl (all optionally substituted); R3-R6=H, halo, NR'cR'd or 1-6C, preferably 1-3C alkoxy, 1-6C preferably 1-3C alkyl (both optionally substituted);and R'c,R'd=1-3C alkyl. (i) when A' is phenyl, R2 is meta-substituted, (ii) when R1 is H and m is 0, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are not simultaneously H, (iii) When R1 is H, m is 0, A' is phenyl and R7 is group of formula (1), R3 and R6 can not be methoxy and the other is H. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for pharmaceutical composition, which comprises compound (I), and an additive.
