摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a high pressure device fixed into a shell body. An endoscope light path is cooled by a water cooling jacket and inert gas. An industrial endoscope is fixed with an industrial camera interface. A color area array charge coupled device (CCD) industrial camera is provided with a common CCD camera or CCD optical camera. A data collecting and analyzing unit collects a different focal plane image with a three wave band radiation signal to detect a three-dimensional (3D) temperature field by using an optical layered imaging technique with a colorimetric temperature measuring technique. USE - Hearth 3D temperature field detecting device for a single CCD imaging system. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize 3D temperature field detection under high temperature and high pressure based on the CCD camera, and has simple structure. The device is easy to popularize in an industrial production field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a hearth 3D temperature field detecting method.
