摘要:对国内外1,3-丙二醇的合成工艺及其最新的研究进展进行了介绍,较详细地讨论了丙烯醛法、环氧乙烷法、生物技术法和醇醛缩合法的合成路线、工艺条件、催化剂等,并对这几条工艺路线进行了综合比较,可以看出,影响1,3-丙二醇合成工艺开发的最重要因素是合成技术水平和环境友好程度。
propanediol is one of the monomers of a new type polyester- polytrimethylene terephthalate.There are four synthesis routes,the hydration of acrolein followed by hydrogenation,hydroformylation of ethylene oxide,fermentation of glucose and sacharides and aldol condensation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde followed by hydrogenation,which are discussed in detail and compared with each other in terms of reaction conditions including starting materials,catalysts,temperature,pressure,reaction time,and reactors.Recent developments are indicated.The most important influencing factors are process technique level and environment- friendliness.
