摘要：在新闻标题中动词有画龙点睛的艺术效果。通过对比分析,英汉新闻标题的动词在时体、语态、位置、选词和修饰语等方面存在差异,英译新闻标题时要特别重视这些差异。
Verbs play an important role in news headlines. Through contrastive analysis, the author founds the verbs in English and Chinese news headlines differ in tenses and aspects, voices, location, diction and modifiers. Special attention should be paid to those differences during the translation process of Chinese news headlines.
