摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of one-dimensional brookite (crystal)-type nano titanium dioxide comprises adding titanic acid ester and inorganic salt of strong electrolyte into ammonia liquid or organic ammonia solution, and agitating to uniformly mix and obtain liquid suspension; and reacting liquid suspension in sealed hydrothermal kettle and eluting deposit with deionized water and dilute hydrochloric acid until the eluted liquid reaches neutral state. In the dried target product, the volume ratio of titanic acid ester to ammonia liquid or organic ammonia solution is 1:0.07-0.20. USE - Method for preparation of one-dimensional brookite (crystal)-type nano titanium dioxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and prepares product having high purity ( not less than 99%), stable property, wide adjustable parameter range and commercial prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of one-dimensional brookite (crystal)-type nano titanium dioxide comprises adding titanic acid ester and inorganic salt of strong electrolyte into 10-25 wt.% ammonia liquid or 20-80 wt.% organic ammonia solution, and agitating to uniformly mix and obtain liquid suspension; and reacting liquid suspension in sealed hydrothermal kettle at 393-473 K for 24-72 hours, and eluting deposit with deionized water and dilute hydrochloric acid until the eluted liquid reaches neutral state. In the dried target product, the volume ratio of titanic acid ester to ammonia liquid or organic ammonia solution is 1:0.07-0.20. Each milliliter of ammonia liquid or organic ammonia solution contains 0.005-0.14 g strong electrolyte organic salt. The titanic acid ester is of formula Ti(OR)4. R=2-6 (preferably 2-4)C alkyl, preferably n-butyl or isopropyl.
