摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves initializing a micro-net system capacity configuration and optimal operation of a technical parameter, where the technical parameter comprises unit cost price, charge and discharge efficiency and discharge cost coefficient. A distributed iterative algorithm parameter and iteration times are initialized. An upper operator optimization target and lower user optimization target are established. An upper and lower pico-net optimum operation of user lowest load consumption is performed by using a distributed iterative algorithm according to a stage micro-optimal operation plan. USE - Combined energy storage capacity configuration and micro-energy configuration optimizing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables performing optimal integer micro grid operation cost according to required decoupling solving energy storage unit so as to realize best investment of energy storage device and reducing micro-net investment optimization difficulty with of other distributed unit.
