摘要：本文介绍了近年来华东理工大学高度重视研究生思想政治工作协同育人机制的构建,在优化研究生思想政治工作管理联动机制、探索研究生各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行、强化研究生思想政治工作队伍合力机制、加强研究生思想政治工作的载体共建和资源共享等方面进行的积极探索与实践,并在此基础上提出,研究生思想政治工作与教学科研工作的深度融合、研究生成长成才规律与人才培养模式的高度契合是实现新时代研究生思想政治工作协同机制创新发展的内生动力。
In this paper, the construction of postgraduates’ ideological and political work collaborative educating mechanism has been valued in East China University of Science and Technology in recent years. We have actively explored and practiced in the optimization of postgraduates’ ideological and political work management linkage mechanism, the exploration of postgraduates’ courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction, the strengthening of the joint force mechanism for post graduates’ ideological and political work teams, and the strengthening of the carrier construction and resource sharing of postgraduates’ ideological and political work. And based on this, we found that the deep integration of postgraduates’ ideological and political work and teaching and scientific research work and the highly harmonized pattern of postgraduates’ growth regularity and talent cultivation are the endogenous power to realize the innovation and development of the collaborative mechanism of ideological and political work for post graduate students in the new era.
