摘要:NOVELTY - A branched alkyne silene resin has viscosity of less than 200 mPa.second at 110 degrees C, decomposition temperature of 570 degrees C at 5%, and bending strength reaching to 30 MPa. USE - Branched alkyne silene resin. ADVANTAGE - The resin has simple and easy to control synthesis method, low resin viscosity, heat resistance, mechanical property, and good dielectric property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the resin comprising taking 9-11 pts. wt. m-diacetylenebenzene, 3-4 pts. wt. methyl trichlorosilane, 27-33 pts. wt. zinc powder, and 48-59 pts. wt. acetonitrile and reacting under protection of inert gas.
