摘要：NOVELTY - A kaurane diterpene is purified by dissolving ethanol in diterpene crude mixture, feeding in macroporous resin column containing ethanol gradient elute solutions with varying concentrations, collecting eluent, analyzing, drying to obtain 11- alpha -hydroxyl-15-oxo-16-alkene-kaurane-9-acid crude, dissolving in organic solvent, feeding in silicon glue column containing organic solvent in each stage, collecting eluent, analyzing, and distilling at compressed pressure. USE - Purification of kaurane diterpene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces highly pure compound, and is simple and low cost.
