摘要：论述了 HL型旋流器的工业试验过程。采用 HL型旋流器进行工业试验 ,尽管测试效果与实验室测试效果相比有很大差距 ,但它能取代石化行业目前采用的“一隔二浮”流程中的大部分装置 。
This paper described industrial spot experiment of HL hydrocyclone. Although the experimental result in the lab was excellent, The experiment has to be carried out on the industrial spot because of the difference of wastewater. The result in the industrial spot is much poorer than one in the lab, but it can instead of most of original units in the petrochemical trade, which means HL hydrocylone possess the value of industrialization.
