摘要:Abstract:The invention discloses an ionic liquid chiral stationary phase. The ionic liquid chiral stationary phase is composed of an L-proline derivative module, an anion exchanger module formed by N-vinyl imidazole, and a mercaptopropyl silica gel module. The molecular structural formula of the ionic liquid chiral stationary phase is shown in the description, wherein R1 represents hydrogen, fat alkane group, naphthene alkyl, aryl containing substituent group or not, aralkyl, naphthyl and anthryl, and Y is any kind of anion. A method for separating valsartan optical antimers with the ionic liquid chiral stationary phase comprises the steps of 1, preparing a mobile phase; 2, dissolving the valsartan optical antimers with the mobile phase to obtain to-be-separated antimer solution; 3, adopting the ionic liquid chiral stationary phase with the formula I; 4, conducting chromatographic column separation on the to-be-separated valsartan antimer solution with the ionic liquid chiral stationary phase, conducting detection under the 254 nm ultraviolet detection condition, and recording a chromatogram. The ionic liquid chiral stationary phase and the valsartan optical antimer separating method solve the problem of small sample loading quantity caused by poor dissolution of the mobile phase of valsartan during chromatography preparation, and have the chiral chromatography preparation potential.
