摘要:通过可控干热法制备壳聚糖和大豆分离蛋白共价复合物,并将其与天然乳胶共混制成共混膜。壳聚糖和大豆分离蛋白共混液与共价复合物的粒径分布对比可以验证共价复合物的形成。通过对复合物改性天然乳胶膜的表面形貌、力学性能及蛋白质溢出量等性能进行测试,结果发现膜表面光滑度、平整度、致密性和力学性能均有所改善,蛋白质溢出量降低,作为医用薄膜材料具有广泛的应用前景。
Blend films were successfully prepared by heterocoagulation blending natural rubber latex (NRL) and soybean protein-chitosan conjugations prepared by a dry-heat reaction of soybean protein isolate (SPI) and chitosan (CHI). The covalent attachment of SPI and CHI was confirmed by the change of the particle size distribution. The surface morphology, mechanical property, and water soluble protein (WSP) of films were characterized. The results showed that the compound film was endowed with improved smoothness, flatness, denseness, and mechanical property and reduced WSP which should have a broaden applications in medical film materials.
