摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves putting titanium alloy sample (3) in sealing case (2) of laser surface treatment device. The aluminum powder is put into synchronous powder feeder connected to sealing case. The sealing case is vacuumized by air outlet (7). The nitrogen is entered from nitrogen source (5) to protective gas passage (8) through air inlet (10) to keep protective gas passage and sealing case in pure nitrogen atmosphere. The laser beam from laser is entered in sealing case through protective gas passage. The aluminum powder is conveyed to titanium alloy sample surface. USE - Titanium nitride/aluminum composite coating in situ preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The lower dilution ratio of the alloy layer and the heat influence of the base layer can be reduced effectively so that the composite coating quality can be improved efficiently.
