摘要:NOVELTY - Composite coating comprises 10-15% of methyl, 0.2-2% of rare earth oxide comprising a metal compound (I), and balance amount of chromium. (I) comprises cerium oxide, yttrium oxide or lanthanum oxide. USE - The composite coating is useful for: inhibiting coking furnace tube, cracking furnace tube and ethylene gas and other cracking furnace tube; and quenching boiler furnace tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite coating has improved smoothness and inhibition rate of 80%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite coating comprises 10-15% of methyl, 0.2-2% of rare earth oxide comprising a metal compound of formula (RexOy) (I), and balance amount of chromium. (I) comprises cerium oxide, yttrium oxide or lanthanum oxide. x, y = W or Co. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite coating comprising adding methyl, (I) and chromium into a reaction container, uniformly mixing, performing electrodeposition method, uniformly depositing the mixture, heating the deposited mixture having a current density of 20-30 A/dm2 at 20-30 degrees C, electroplating the heated mixture for 1-2 hours, and uniformly stirring.
