摘要:NOVELTY - Cyclone flow reinforced system and desulfurizing comprises (i) allowing desulfurization adsorbent to adsorb the sulfide in oil where adsorbent and oil is added to premix adsorption unit and liquid-solid suspension solution feeding unit, mixing evenly, the premixed adsorption unit comprises stirring sealing kettle, the complete mixing and adsorption, adsorbent fully in contact with the sulfide in the oil product for absorption, passing into the rotational flow system through the material pump, (ii) adsorbent separation cyclone is for separating fine adsorbent particles. USE - The cyclone flow reinforced system is useful for removing sulfide in oil product (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cyclone flow reinforced system useful for removing sulfide in oil product and desulfurizing comprises (i) allowing desulfurization adsorbent to adsorb the sulfide in oil where adsorbent and oil is added to premix adsorption unit and liquid-solid suspension solution feeding unit, mixing evenly, the premixed adsorption unit comprises stirring sealing kettle, the complete mixing and adsorption, adsorbent fully in contact with the sulfide in the oil product for absorption, passing into the rotational flow system through the material pump, (ii) adsorbent separation cyclone is for separating fine adsorbent particles containing adsorbent when the oil enters into the liquid-solid separation cyclone system unit, regulating the inlet flow quantity and split ratio and other operating parameters, rotating the adsorbent particles in the micro-rotational flow field to further enhancing adsorptive desulfurization, realizing the adsorbent fine particles to solid-liquid separation, overflowing to obtain low in sulfur oil, the high solid content adsorbent and oil mixture, a portion of back mixing recycling, partially into the regeneration system. The liquid solid separation cyclone system unit includes a single-stage or two-stage serial cyclones where the series system first cyclone is provided with an entrance to receive mixed adsorption unit mixed liquid outlet, an overflow port to discharge after the primary separation of oil product, a bottom flow port to discharge after the primary separation of the adsorbent, discharging from the overflow of the oil product entering the second cyclone in two stages provided with an inlet to receive the hydrocyclone overflow discharge of oil product, an overflow port for discharging the separation of oil product, a bottom flow port of sorbent effluent separating, (iii) the oxidation desulfurizing mechanism, the absorbing agent absorbs the thiophenic sulfur, adding oxidant, the thiophene sulfur forming water-soluble sulfone, water washing, eluting sulfone, dissolving or extracting principle, sulfur is absorbed by the organic solvent for dissolving and removing, drying to obtain regenerated adsorbent adding the absorbent to recover regeneration unit for circulating, absorbent to recover regeneration unit comprises roller type centrifugal filter with charging inlet of separation kettle, oxidant solution or extractant solution storage tank and a solvent recovery tank. The cyclone collects discharge from the adsorbent and oil separation, adding oxidant solution or the extracting agent for oxidized regenerated or extracting and regenerating the adsorbent.
