摘要:考察了辽河减压渣油在吸附分离、酸性溶液萃取和沥青质轻度降解过程中金属铁的分布和转移情况。结果表明,辽河减压渣油中有近80%的铁富集在胶质和沥青质中,在柱残留胶质中铁的比例最高,以侧链较短的羧酸盐或酚盐形式存在;在沥青质中有41.1%的铁被双氧水萃取出来,这部分铁可能是连接在芳环的侧链上或是被包裹在沥青质大分子中。
The distribution and transfer character of iron in Liaohe vacuum residue were studied by absorption-separation, acidic solution extraction and mild chemical oxidative degradation of asphaltene. The results showed that nearly 80% of the iron concentrated in asphaltene and resin fractions. The percentage of iron in the residual resins of alumina column was the highest(37.2%)and it was existed in the forms of carboxylates and phenoxides with short branched chain: 41.1% of the iron in asphaltene could be extracted by hydrogen peroxide, these iron atoms were probably linked to the branched chain of asphaltene or included in the macro molecules of asphaltene.
