摘要：NOVELTY - A culture medium comprises 4-20 g/l soluble starch, 2-10 g/l yeast extract powder, 2-10 g/l peptone, 5-20 g/l sodium chloride, 0.1-5 g/l anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 2-20 g/l magnesium chloride, 0.01-2 g/l potassium chloride, 0.01-1 g/l calcium chloride, 0.02-2 g/l dipotassium phosphate, 0.001-0.1 g/l ferrous sulfate and 0.0001-0.001 g/l nickel chloride. USE - Culture medium for high density cultivating sea marine thermophilic bacterium geobacillus. ADVANTAGE - The culture medium has high microbial density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing culturing medium, which involves cooling soluble starch, culturing yeast powder, peptone, sodium chloride, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, dipotassium phosphate and ferrous ammonium sulfate, adding nickel chloride solution and trace materials to obtain culture medium (2) a reagent box for culture medium.
