摘要：社区向来被视为一个地域性的日常生活共同体。随着中国城市社区建设的逐步深入以及都市社会运动的兴起,城市社区除了作为日常生活的共同体以外,一方面被建构为国家治理的基本单元,另一方面被赋予治理单元、市民空间以及日常生活共同体的三重性。在城市社会加速转型的当前,城市社区的发展呈现深度危机,其合法组织的身份面临挑战,市民空间发育遭遇瓶颈,日常生活共同体的公共性阙如。城市社区治理意味着在国家权力向社区持续渗透的背景下,以社区为平台实现国家、社会以及个人三者关系的有序建构,进而打造一种立体化的治理网络。
Community has always been regarded as a regional everyday life community from the per- spective of classical sociology theory and its empirical research. With the gradual deepening of urban community construction and the emergence of urban social movements, urban community is developing three characters, such as governance unit, public space and everyday life community. In contemporary urban China, urban community is also confronted with identity crisis. Therefore, the urban community governance means how to build a good social order and a three -dimensional governance network be- tween the state, society and individual in the context of the state power＇ s permeating continually into the community.
