摘要：在十八大报告中有七处重点强调了中国特色城镇化道路问题。李克强总理也在多次讲话中提到今后中国城镇化发展的艰巨任务。可是,在改革开放以来,先后经过"重点发展大城市"、"重点发展小城镇"以及"大中小并举发展"的城镇化发展实践之后,各类城镇化模式都涌现出诸多问题。结合当前中国特色城镇化发展实践,现阶段中国特色城镇化道路将走向何方?认为"中镇"模式应该成为下一阶段中国进行节约型城镇化的方向,从而避免大城市病,以及小城镇模式遇到的粗放型开发和低效率问题。
