摘要:NOVELTY - Composite phase change energy storage microcapsule comprises organic phase change capsule cores and inorganic high thermal conductivity capsule wall. USE - Composite phase change energy storage microcapsules used as energy saving walls of buildings, commodity storage, transportation, medical equipment, food packaging and thermoregulation of clothes. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule has high energy storage, high thermal conductivity, stable performance and adjustable phase change temperature for various processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the preparation of inorganic high thermal conductivity capsule wall comprising using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) sol-gel, hydrolyzing TEOS in an aqueous solution, carrying out polycondensation reaction to obtain a three-dimensional network gel and drying to obtain a white inorganic high thermal wall; and preparation of composite phase change energy storage microcapsules (A) preparing capsule core material with adjustable phase transition temperature: isothermally mixing caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, heptadecane, octadecane, nonadecane, eicosane, polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400, PEG 600, PEG 1000, PEG 2000, PEG 4000, PEG 6000 and/or PEG 10000 at 40-60 degrees C for 2-5 hours; (B) preparing oil-in water (O/W) emulsion: adding solution containing surfactant to the mixed core material and adjusting pH to 2-4 to prepare a stable O/W emulsion; using 0.1-10% surfactant of the total solution, including cationic surfactants; and (C) preparing phase change energy storage microcapsules: slowly adding TEOS in emulsion, stirring at 300-1000 revolutions/minute for 1-6 hours, aging and drying.
