摘要:以氨基酸生产废水为研究对象,考察了活性污泥和生物膜两种常用生物脱氮工艺的处理效果。结果表明,在相同的系统负荷下,COD为0.39~1.00kg/(m3·d)、TN为0.05~0.16kg/(m3·d)时,生物膜法与活性污泥法脱氮工艺对氨基酸废水中的COD和TN都有良好的去除效果,出水COD<100mg/L、NH4+-N1~3mg/L。生物膜法在有机物去除率及稳定性方面略优于活性污泥法,在污泥的产生量、出水SS、抗冲击负荷等方面明显优于活性污泥法。
The treatment effect of amino acid wastewater by two kinds of biological denitrification methods, activated sludge and biofilm processes have been investigated. The results show that both processes perform well with effluent COD〈100 mg/L and effluent ammonia nitrogen in the range of 1-3 mg/L under the same organic and nitrogen loads COD 0.39-1.0 kg/(m^3·d), TN 0.05-0.16 kg/(m^3·d). Biofilm process exhibits a little bit better in organism removal rate and system stability, and is better significantly in sludge production, effluent SS and shock loading.
