摘要:分析了含硫原油加工中影响常减压蒸馏塔塔顶腐蚀的主要因素和采用的防腐措施。在加工含硫原油的过程中,原油的硫含量和脱后盐含量是影响塔顶腐蚀的主要原因。对初凝区的温度、pH值对缓蚀剂缓蚀效果的影响进行了分析。
Main factors causing atmospheric and vacuum distillation overhead corrosion in sour crude processing have been analyzed together with the adopted anti corrosion measures. It is pointed out that sulfur content and the salt content after desalting of the crude are the main causes. The influence of initial condensation zone temperature and pH value on corrosion inhibitor effect have been analyzed as well.
