摘要：文章以内生经济增长理论为基础建立计量模型,以人力资本存量指标划分区域,使用聚类分析来解析安徽省人力资本在全国的位置,并以此分析安徽省人力资本与经济增长的关系,提出宏观人力资本政策的相关建议,以期对促进安徽省经济的可持续发展有所助益。
Based on the theory of endogenous economic growth, an econometric model is established, and according to the indices of human capital stock, the level of human capital of Anhui Province in our country is analyzed by using the cluster analysis. The relationship between human capital and eco- nomic growth of Anhui Province is also analyzed. The related macroeconomic suggestions on human capital policy are put forward so as to promote the sustainable economic development in Anhui Prov- ince.
