摘要：Most of the factors in failure of IT application can be attributed to the unsuccessful IT knowledge management. As for a majority of enterprises, IT Knowledge is hard to grasp as well as its rapid growth, dependence on the external environment and easy loss. Therefore, enterprises, laymen of IT, should reinforce management on IT knowledge in order to promoting the application of IT. IT knowledge in enterprises should firstly be obtained forwardly and then, by learning and absorbing in cooperation with IT service, rises in a spiral with application and creation. In this study, an IT knowledge processes model is constructed based on analysis of enterprise IT knowledge characteristics. On the basis of that model, a framework of IT knowledge management system, integrated with IT project management and IS management, is proposed as well as simple cases in system application.
