摘要:以二乙烯三胺(DETA)、聚二胺基胍盐抗菌剂(PADG)和环氧树脂E-44为原料合成具有优良抗菌性能的环氧树脂。采用FT-IR、DSC、TGA和抗菌实验研究了该树脂的结构与性能。结果表明:该抗菌剂具有优良的热稳定性,能参与环氧树脂的固化反应。加入量不到1%就可使环氧树脂具有高效、持久、广谱的抗菌性,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均达到99.99%以上,同时保持了环氧树脂优良的力学性能。
Diethylenetriamine (DETA) and poly(alkyl diamine guanidine hydrochloride) (PADG, antibacterial agent) were used as curing agents to cure epoxy resin E-44. Structures and properties of the cured resin were investigated by DSC, FT-IR and TGA. Antibacterial activity was evaluated. Results indicated that the antibacterial agent reacted with E-44 and the as-prepared resin showed excellent thermal stability and maintained the original excellent mechanical properties of epoxy resin. Even the content of antibacterial agent was 1% less, the antibacterial rate against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus was greater than 99.99%.
