摘要:NOVELTY - In a diaphragm electrolytic cell, 7-ketolithocholic acid organic solution and potassium bromide aqueous solution are mixed to obtain cathode electrolyte. The concentration of 7-ketolithocholic acid in the cathode electrolyte is 11.54-21.23 mg/ml, and the concentration of potassium bromide is 0.03-0.13 mol/l. An acid solution is used as anode electrolyte. The concentration of acid solution is 1-25% and the effective electrode area is 5x 3 cm2. Electrolysis is carried out at constant current of 10-30 A/m2 and a temperature of 25-70 degrees C. USE - Preparation of ursodeoxycholic acid by electroreduction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, safe, environmentally-friendly and economical industrial preparation of ursodeoxycholic acid on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In a diaphragm electrolytic cell, 7-ketolithocholic acid organic solution and potassium bromide aqueous solution are mixed to obtain cathode electrolyte. The concentration of 7-ketolithocholic acid in the cathode electrolyte is 11.54-21.23 mg/ml, the concentration of potassium bromide is 0.03-0.13 mol/l, and the volume ratio of water in 7-ketolithocholic acid organic solution and water in potassium bromide aqueous solution is 10:3. An acid solution is used as anode electrolyte. The concentration of acid solution is 1-25% and the effective electrode area is 5x 3 cm2. Electrolysis is carried out at constant current of 10-30 A/m2 and a temperature of 25-70 degrees C.
