摘要:亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)是一种重要的精细化工中间体。在四种不同的液相分析条件下,比较了样品中IDA含量测定的区别。结果表明,利用Hypersil SAX强阴离子交换柱,DAD检测器,检测波长为210 nm,(NH4)2HPO4缓冲液为流动相,对样品中的IDA含量进行快速测定的结果最好。
Iminodiacetic acid(IDA) is an important intermediate in fine chemical industry. Four different analysis conditions of HPLC for determination the content of IDA in samples were compared.As a result,the condition that introduced below was the best.A solution of(NH4)2HPO4 was used as the mobile phase.SAX column and DAD detector were used and the detection at 210 nm was applied in the fast analysis of IDA in the samples.
