摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer comprises carrying out solution or melt copolymerization reaction of hydrophilic antibacterial guanidine salt and hydrophobic polymer where molar ratio of hydrophilic antimicrobial guanidine salt and hydrophobic polymer is 0.5-2. USE - The method is useful in preparing antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer comprising either carrying out solution reaction by adding solvent in reactor, then adding hydrophilic antimicrobial guanidinium salt into solvent, guanidinium salt, and dissolving with stirring to obtain uniform solution, then adding hydrophobic polymer,stirring, raising temperature to set temperature, and maintaining set temperature for a period of time, and then cooling to obtain antibacterial guanidinium salt polymer solution or antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer dispersion, or carrying out melting reaction by adding hydrophilic antimicrobial guanidinium salt and hydrophobic polymer are added to the open mill, Huck mixer, single screw extruder or twin-screw extruder, heating above the melting temperature of two polymers, maintaining temperature for 0.1-1 hours, cooling the polymer, and drying to final product; and (2) use method of antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer comprising adding antibacterial guanidinium salt copolymer directly to polyethylene containing reactive functional groups, polypropylene containing reactive functional group, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a reactive functional group, nylon, polyester or polylactic acid, then reacting with matrix resin, and bonding the antimicrobial guanidinium salt copolymer firmly on matrix resin to obtain a long-lasting antibacterial function; and (3) use method of guanidinium salt polymer solution comprising impregnating antimicrobial guanidinium salt aqueous solution or aqueous antimicrobial guanidinium salt copolymer dispersion with paper, cotton fiber, cotton products, plastic, synthetic fibers, plastics, synthetic fiber product, glass or glass products, and then drying to obtain corresponding product with antibacterial function.
