摘要：高校理工科大学生是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要力量。在社会多元化的今天,高校理工科大学生面对日趋激烈的社会竞争和严峻的就业形势,心理上也面临一些挑战。本文在问卷调研基础上,对理工科大学生就业心理状况进行了实证分析,并从做好就业前准备、开展职业生涯规划、加强就业心理指导及正视就业环境等方面提出了一些应对策略。
College students of science and engineering are important forces in China＇s socialist modernization. In today＇s so-cial diversification, college students of science and engineering face some challenges in the face of increasingly fierce social competition and severe employment situation. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the employment psychology of science and engineering college students, and puts forward some countermeasures from the as-pects of pre-employment preparation, career planning, strengthening employment psychological guidance and facing the em-ployment environment.
