摘要：An efficient Debus-Radziszewski reaction of C-3 indole-substituted 1,2-diketones with aromatic aldehydes, anilines and NH4OAc leading to the preparation of 3-(1,2,4-triaryl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-indoles was developed. The desired products were obtained with highly regioselectivities under mild conditions.
